ADCA is an incorporated association established to effectively promote cooperation in overseas Agricultural and Rural Development (ARD) and carries out the following activities:
Since its establishment, ADCA has conducted project-finding surveys in over 120 developing countries worldwide.In recent years, it has continued to identify potential project implementation areas on an annual basis.
These projects address a wide range of aspects in agricultural and rural development, including: the development and utilization of water resources and agricultural land, improvement to land infrastructure such as irrigation and drainage, rural modernization, environmental conservation, research and dissemination of agricultural development technologies, poverty alleviation, human resource development, microfinance, food and water security, and other comprehensive regional agricultural and rural development initiatives.

ASEAN Seminar
From September 9 to 12, the ASEAN Seminar was held in Hanoi and Haiphong, Vietnam. There were 29 researchers and technicians from 9 ASEAN countries, and over 20 participants from the host country (Vietnam), including the Director of the Water Resources Institute.

ADCA Seminar
On October 19, ADCA held the ADCA Seminar aimed at students and professionals interested in the area of international cooperation projects at JICA Global Plaza. This year, the seminar was attended by students from various specialized fields, including agriculture, agricultural and rural engineering, economics, and international development.
Through the seminar's panel discussions and group work sessions, participants were able to experience the activities of international agricultural development projects.
